About Stay Tiny Co
My name is Mitch, Founder and Owner of Stay Tiny Co. Stay Tiny Co is a small, family run business. We decided to to put our passion for sustainable tiny house's and unique ideas together to create more affordable housing, while also lowering our environmental footprint by using sustainable materials and practises.
We strive to be as sustainable and environmentally friendly as possible. Materials we use are non toxic, cruelty free, low to no VOC and low-no formaldehyde glues.
We have spent thousands of hours researching, querying and building knowledge of sustainable and low-tox building practices. I have been a builder for over 10 years across 4 countries and have combined my knowledge, skills and passion to create Stay Tiny Co.

Preconstruction Design
If you have any floor plans you have drawn up or liked send them through and we will discuss options, otherwise just let us know what you would like included we can start them for you!
Design & Construction Estimate
We will make a 3D design to help envision your home and choose colours. After this we will write up the proposal contract with the final price.
A $20,000 deposit is required to start your build, and then progress payments are due as the build progresses. If building a shell it's just 2 payments. The deposit and then the remaining amount before delivery.
